Actor Son Suk Ku has won hearts once again after a touching story about his kindness was revealed.
On the August 9 episode of JTBC’s Knowing Bros (Episode 494), actresses Seo Kwon Soon, Moon Hee Kyung, Park Joon Geum, and Oh Min Ae — known for their iconic mother-in-law roles in dramas — appeared as transfer students to the “Brother School.”
During the show, Oh Min Ae shared a personal and heartwarming memory of Son Suk Ku. “I met Son Suk Ku while filming D.P. We were shooting at an army barracks and finished at dawn. I don’t have an agency, so I couldn’t get a taxi."
She recalled, "Taxis don’t even come to that area. I asked him to just drop me off somewhere I could catch one, but instead, he drove me all the way to my house”.
When asked what they talked about during the ride, Oh Min Ae said, “He asked, ‘Do you have any videos of your acting? Please send me a few.’ So I sent them, and he contacted me the next day.” She revealed that they still have each other’s numbers and “still keep in touch.”
Park Joon Geum, a self-proclaimed fan of Son Suk Ku, reacted with genuine envy. Oh Min Ae smiled and said, “I’m so happy I can brag about something like this,” before praising him, “Seok Ku really takes care of people around him. He’s such a cool person.”
She then playfully told Park Joon Geum, “You really know how to judge people,” making everyone laugh.
