Actor Byeon Woo Seok has officially taken the No.1 spot in the August 2025 advertising model brand reputation rankings, pushing BTS and Lim Young Woong to 2nd and 3rd place.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute revealed the latest rankings based on big data collected from July 7 to August 7, 2025. The analysis looked into how much attention advertising models received across four areas — participation, media coverage, communication, and community engagement. In total, 24,136,784 pieces of data were reviewed, showing a 29.60% drop compared to July.

This ranking reflects how popular each advertising model is with the public and how much they influence brands and consumer behavior.

Byeon Woo Seok’s brand reputation score for August was 1,779,765, making him the top advertising model for the month. While this was a 4.02% drop compared to his score in July (1,854,290), it was still strong enough to place him above global superstars BTS.
According to the institute’s director Koo Chang Hwan, Byeon Woo Seok’s most connected keywords were “transform,” “film,” and “donate.” He also gained attention for trending terms like “Solo Leveling,” “wolf cut,” and “Byeon Woo Seok card.” The report highlighted that 92.64% of the public response toward his brand image was positive.
