Park Bo Gum is known for his gentle personality and professionalism — and his latest radio appearance just proved how dedicated he really is.
On the July 30 broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s Din Din’s Music High, Park Bo Gum appeared as a special guest and opened up about his daily routine on days when he’s not working.
When asked how he spends his free time, Park Bo Gum shared, “I usually wake up early and go for a run with senior Sean. Since it’s really hot these days, we go out early in the morning. I haven’t had much time to run lately, but when I do have a completely free day, we’ll run at dawn.”
He continued, “After running, we eat something simple like gimbap. We start running around 6 a.m., and after that, I take time to rest. Around lunchtime, I eat again, and later I get notifications on my phone — like reminders to check photos or respond to personal work messages.”
Din Din then asked, “Do you really check every photo yourself? Are you a perfectionist?”
Park Bo Gum answered honestly, saying, “You could call it that, but I think of it as part of my filmography. It’s not just about photos — everything I do under my name is part of who I am. I believe nothing should move forward without me being aware or involved. That’s very important to me.”
