Actress Lee Jung Eun revealed a fun and surprising story about meeting Brad Pitt—and showed off her impressive English skills!

On the July 27 episode of SBS's My Ugly Duckling, Lee Jung Eun made a hilarious entrance by holding up a photo of Jo Jung Suk, joking, “I’m Lee Jung Eun, the mom of Jo Jung Suk, 535 months old”, since they played mother and son in the upcoming movie My Daughter Is a Zombie. Her playful intro had everyone laughing right away.

She also shared her "daughter lineup" from past roles, proudly naming stars like Gong Hyo Jin, Han Ji Min, and Kim Tae Ri.

She especially praised her close bond with Han Ji Min, saying, “We’ve worked on six projects together. We talk about hard times, check in on each other’s health and families. We’re really close.”

The actress opened up about attending international film festivals and how she used to struggle with English.

“When I first went to Canada in 1998, I didn’t understand English and had many embarrassing moments,” she said. “But when I had to attend a film festival alone, I practiced giving speeches in English.”

Then came the moment that wowed everyone — meeting Brad Pitt! Lee Jung Eun shared, “As a Korean actress, I wanted to greet him confidently."

She added, "But when I saw Song Kang Ho and Director Bong Joon Ho bow politely, I ended up doing the same—I put my hands together and bowed while shaking his hand.” She laughed and added, “Brad Pitt’s aura was amazing.”

Fans loved seeing her confidence, humor, and grace, and praised her for always being humble — even next to Hollywood stars!
