Yoo Yeon Seok says Jo Jung Suk noticed something unusual no one else did.
On July 19, actor Yoo Yeon Seok posted a new episode of his YouTube series Yoo Yeon Seok’s Weekend Yeon Seok Theater, where he chatted with Kang Ha Neul about some truly spooky moments.
During the talk, Yoo Yeon Seok asked a fun-but-creepy question: “If you had to choose, would you rather live with ghosts or noisy neighbors upstairs?”
Kang Ha Neul immediately replied, “I’m scared of ghosts, so I’ll take the noise!”

That’s when Yoo Yeon Seok brought up a real ghost story. He said that while performing the musical Hedwig last year, there were rumors of a ghost child appearing on stage during the spotlight scenes.
“I didn’t see anything myself,” he said. “But Jung Suk hyung (Jo Jung Suk) swore he saw something strange near the second-floor lighting booth during one of the performances.”
Kang Ha Neul was visibly shocked, asking if the ghost was running around.
Yoo Yeon Seok continued, “At first, Jung Suk hyung thought it was a lighting crew member. But when he asked the staff later, they said, ‘No one was there. Did you see it too? That’s the Japanese child who walks around here.’”

Kang Ha Neul also shared a supernatural story of his own. He recalled visiting a fortune teller with his mom when he was young.
“The fortune teller said my energy was too strong, so no ghosts come near me. I thought that was a good thing, but then she added, ‘Even your ancestors can’t reach you. You’ll have to survive everything alone.’”
That left Yoo Yeon Seok laughing. He joked, “So even the good spirits avoid you? You’re really on your own!” — making everyone burst into laughter.
Fans in the comments said they got chills just listening to the story, while others praised the two actors for their natural chemistry and fun storytelling even when the topic turned creepy!
