SHINee’s Key and aespa’s Winter shared a hilarious moment that had the entire studio laughing!
On the July 5 episode of tvN’s Amazing Saturday, aespa appeared as special guests, bringing their energy and charm.
During a fun Q&A segment, Boom asked Winter, “You said there’s someone here whose face makes you feel a little awkward—who is it?”
Without hesitation, Winter pointed to Key, surprising everyone. The cast immediately joked, asking if he had kicked her or teased her again.
Winter then explained the moment behind her choice. “I was filming Hachuping at the company, wearing a pink dress and a crown. I really didn’t want anyone to see me."
She added, "I checked the hallway and tried to run past, but Key sunbaenim saw me and said, ‘What are you doing?’ Then he started filming me on his phone!”
Her story had the cast bursting into laughter, and Boom playfully added, “Maybe he thought, ‘Why are you the only one who looks good?’” P.O even chimed in, laughing, “I thought I was SM’s Hachuping!”
Key cracked up and finally explained his side of the story. “That’s ridiculous! I just thought, ‘Wow, these days younger idols really like bold, metallic looks. Maybe personal tastes have changed.’”
Winter responded with a laugh, “So you’re finally explaining it now,” officially clearing up the misunderstanding and ending the moment on a cheerful note.
Fans loved seeing the playful chemistry between the two SM Entertainment artists, proving once again that unexpected moments often make the best TV.
