• Park Jin Young Surprises 2PM's Jun. K with a Dream Swiss Trip Ticket for His 20th Anniversary

JYP Entertainment's CEO, Park Jin Young, has given a heartwarming and generous gift to 2PM's Jun. K in celebration of his 20th anniversary with the company!

In a recent video uploaded on the 2PM YouTube channel titled "JUN. K's Switzerland Travel Diary Part 1: Watch This, JYP Artists. What Happens After 20 Years of Service?", fans were treated to a touching moment between Park Jin Young and Jun. K.

The video shows Jun. K and the 2PM members practicing for a performance when Park Jin Young walks into the rehearsal room and congratulates Jun. K on his impressive 20 years with the company. He then asks, “What’s something you’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t? What’s the one thing you really want?” before pulling out an envelope.

Jun. K jokingly replies, “Take 50% of your wealth,” before adding, “Actually, I haven’t traveled much, so I want to go on a trip. The fans all know I’ve always wanted to go to Switzerland.” In a playful twist, Park Jin Young hands him a ticket to the Gapyung Swiss Theme Park, a place that’s a full recreation of Switzerland. He jokes, “After 20 years, the company should do this much.”

But that’s not all! Park Jin Young goes above and beyond by surprising Jun. K with a real flight ticket to Switzerland. He says, “Go to Switzerland after you visit the Gapyung Swiss Theme Park. You can even make it work with your schedule.” Jun. K is left speechless and grateful, while Park Jin Young adds, “20 years is truly impressive. Even married couples find it hard to stay together for 20 years. Your 20 years with me and our company are truly valuable, appreciated, and special.”

Park Jin Young also shares words of wisdom, encouraging Jun. K to never give up on his dreams. “Whether it’s 20 years, 2 years, or 30 years, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that ‘I haven’t been able to show all of my work the way I want to.’ Don’t give up until that day comes.” He continues, praising Jun. K’s talents as a songwriter and composer and encourages him to train more. “Your solo performance in Japan is in the top 5 among the company’s performances. Go to Switzerland, train, and come back.”

Jun. K happily responds, “I wanted to try skydiving, but I’ll do it safely and come back. If you stay at JYP for 20 years, you get to go to Switzerland.” A touching gesture from Park Jin Young and a milestone worth celebrating!

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
