• Park Kyung gets emotional during Block B's full group stage: "Thank you for embracing me"

Block B’s Park Kyung, who previously admitted to school bullying, got emotional as he took the stage with his fellow members for the first time in years.

On September 6, the final episode of KBS 2TV's The Seasons – Zico's Artist aired, featuring Block B’s full lineup (Zico, Taeil, Jaehyo, B-Bomb, P.O, Park Kyung, and U-Kwon). This marked the group’s first performance together in about seven years.

U-Kwon shared how much this moment meant to him, saying, "I was really happy. I thought we’d get called at least once." The members revealed that they had prepared a lot for this stage, with Jaehyo mentioning, "Zico gave us a target weight, and I lost 12 kg."

B-Bomb added humor to the conversation by saying, "I don’t usually talk to Zico often, but after years, I got a call from him. The first thing he asked was, 'How much do you weigh?'" This made P.O laugh, saying, "He should at least ask how you’ve been, not just your weight."

Zico then shared, "Honestly, I was the least managed among us. I’m really thankful to the members who worked hard to prepare."

The spotlight, however, was on Park Kyung, who was involved in a school bullying controversy in 2020. During the performance, Park Kyung teared up, saying, "I’m glad to be able to greet everyone under the name of Block B. I’m so grateful for today’s stage." He continued, "I thought of this stage as a dream and felt it was more than I deserved."

He also expressed his gratitude to his group, saying, "Thank you to my members for embracing me. I will only show my best side from now on."

P.O was seen wiping Park Kyung’s tears, while Zico comforted him, saying, "Don’t cry."

Park Kyung’s controversy stemmed from allegations of school bullying in 2020. At the time, he acknowledged the accusations and issued an apology, saying, "To those who were hurt because of me, and to those who still feel pain seeing me, I sincerely apologize. I deeply regret my immature actions from my adolescence."

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
