    EVNNE, once known for trouble, are now celebrated as fresh idols, singing passionately about youthful romance.

    On the afternoon of the 17th, EVNNE held a showcase for their third mini album 'RIDE or DIE' at Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul, Gwangjin-gu.

    Returning just five months after their last release in January, EVNNE expressed gratitude for the quick comeback.

    Kaita shared, "We're really thankful to be back so soon with our third mini album. We've poured our hearts into this album, filled with our passion. Please show it lots of love."

    This album marks a new narrative direction, showcasing EVNNE's vibrant image with themes of faith and loyalty, symbolizing unity till the end. Park Han Bin described it as "a refreshing change from our previous album," emphasizing its preparation since early this year, introducing a fresh concept.

    The title track 'Badder Love' combines analog bass and lively guitar tones in the synthwave genre. It features beautiful vocal melodies and a rhythmic arrangement that captures intense emotions, expressing a resolve to move forward without regrets, even in chaos.

    Yoo Seung Eon highlighted how 'Badder Love' signifies EVNNE's evolution from troublemakers to refreshing idols, distinct from their earlier works.

    He expressed confidence, stating, "By exploring diverse genres, we aim for EVNNE to be recognized as versatile artists."

    Amidst other rookie groups making summer comebacks, Yoo Seung-eon differentiated EVNNE's style, noting, "Our charm, lovability, and overflowing passion suit the refreshing summer vibe," confidently adding, "Our energy, sincerity, and passion define our unique style."

    With achievements like their first Asia tour and initial album sales of 240,000 copies, EVNNE shared their comeback goals, aiming for another top spot on music shows after their successful previous activities.

    Looking forward, they expressed ambitions beyond music shows, aspiring to appear on variety shows and achieve strong results on streaming platforms. Ji Yoon Seo remarked, "We hope to be known as the 'refreshing idols'."

    Tragically, Barbie Hsu passed away unexpectedly on February 2 from acute pneumonia while on a trip to Japan.

    She left behind a massive estate worth about 250 billion KRW, including luxurious properties like an 88.6 billion KRW mansion on National Art Museum grounds and a 160.4 billion KRW penthouse. Barbie also had a steady annual income of at least 3.5 billion KRW.

    In the absence of a will, Koo Jun Yup and their two children would usually split Barbie Hsu’s fortune, each receiving one-third. However, Koo Jun Yup has stated that he will give up his share and pass it directly to his mother-in-law.

    He also vowed to take legal action to protect his children's inheritance, ensuring no "bad people" can get their hands on it until they’re old enough to manage it themselves.
