KBS2's weekend drama A Love Other Than Yours, starring Seo Kang Joon and Ahn Eun Jin, has recorded its lowest viewership rating yet, just one episode before its finale.

According to Nielsen Korea, the drama's 13th episode, which aired on October 31, recorded a nationwide rating of 1.6%, down 0.3 percentage points from the previous episode's 1.9%.

The result marks a new series low, falling below its previous lowest rating of 1.8%, as the drama approaches its conclusion.

A Love Other Than Yours premiered on September 12 with a nationwide rating of 2.6%. It later reached its highest rating of 2.8% during its second episode but has since remained mostly in the 1% to 2% range.

Despite featuring Seo Kang Joon and Ahn Eun Jin as its lead stars, the drama has struggled to build stronger viewership throughout its run.

The October 31 episode also featured a special appearance by actor Lee Sang Yi, who played Tak Se Young, a successful new director and former college classmate of Ahn Eun Jin's character, Lee Mi Do.

Meanwhile, the story continued to follow Namgoong Ho, played by Seo Kang Joon, and Lee Mi Do as they faced important decisions about their relationships.

With the characters' complicated emotions still unresolved, viewers are left wondering how the drama's central love story will end.

However, even with Lee Sang Yi's surprise appearance and the approaching finale, A Love Other Than Yours fell to a new ratings low.

The drama's final episode is scheduled to air on November 1, with attention now turning to whether it can recover some viewership before ending its run.
