i-dle’s Miyeon is expanding her acting career with one of her biggest drama roles to date.
Miyeon has been confirmed as a lead in the upcoming teen psychological thriller Bitch X Rich: Royal Camp, an expansion of the *Bitch X Rich* universe.
She will play Cha Se Mi, the new “queen” and a powerful figure at Cheongdam International High School. Her character will become a central part of the competition and power struggles surrounding students hoping to enter the elite school.
The role marks a significant step for Miyeon, who has gradually built acting experience while continuing her activities as i-dle’s main vocalist.
Her previous acting credits include the web dramas *Replay: The Moment* and *Delivery*, as well as TVING’s *Adult Trainee*. The new project will give her a larger opportunity to establish herself as an actress through a leading role.
Ahead of the drama, Cube Entertainment also released new profile photos of Miyeon on October 12. The images showed several different concepts, including a modern look with short hair, a more mature black-and-white portrait, and a brighter style in a white dress.
Miyeon has remained active in music as well, both with i-dle and as a solo artist. The group recently completed its *2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation]*, while Miyeon released her second solo mini album *MY, Lover* last year.
With Bitch X Rich: Royal Camp, Miyeon is now preparing to take a more prominent place in acting alongside her ongoing music career.
