NiziU has achieved a new career-high first-week sales record with its first Korean mini album, Sour Grapes.
According to Hanteo Chart, Sour Grapes, released on September 28, sold 226,532 copies during its first week.
The result marks NiziU’s highest first-week album sales to date and gives the group a new personal record.
The comeback also brought another music show win. On October 7, NiziU took first place on MBC M’s *Show Champion* with the album’s title track.
With the latest victory, all three title tracks from NiziU’s Korean releases have now won on a Korean music show, following *HEARTRIS* in 2023 and *LOVE LINE* in 2025.
After completing promotions, the members thanked fans for supporting their first Korean comeback in around a year and a half.
NiziU said, *“These Korean promotions after a year and six months were really meaningful to us. Thanks to everyone who supported us, we were happy every day, and being able to meet so many fans made it a precious time.”*
They added, *“It became even more special because of WithU, who made so many good memories with us. Thank you sincerely, and we always love you. We’ll continue working even harder as NiziU, so please keep supporting us.”*
Following the new career-high sales result, NiziU will next meet fans through their second winter tour, *NiziU Live with U 2026-2027 “Who? U! NiziU Fes.”*, which begins in Japan in November.
