Jeon Soyeon has made a strong solo comeback, with her new title track ‘I'm gonna TOESA’ entering Melon’s Top 100 and reaching the upper ranks of the Hot 100 chart.
Released on September 7, 2026, Jeon Soyeon’s first full-length solo album, ‘The Amazing Life’, has drawn attention across domestic and international charts.
All of the album’s tracks, including ‘Bankroll,’ ‘icebluerabbit,’ ‘STAR,’ ‘Vegetable Hate Song,’ ‘Amigo (Feat. Minsu),’ ‘Can’t We Just Love?’ and ‘Sending Romance Away,’ entered the Melon Hot 100.
‘I'm gonna TOESA’, featuring narration by Kian84, also ranked second on Kugou Music’s Korean chart in China. Six additional album tracks entered the top 10.
The song reached No. 2 on iTunes Peru and No. 24 in Hong Kong, while ‘STAR’ appeared on Japan’s iTunes K-pop song chart.
‘The Amazing Life’ topped QQ Music’s daily digital album bestseller chart and weekly album chart in China. It also reached No. 1 on iTunes album charts in Hong Kong and Cambodia, with the album charting in 14 countries overall.
Jeon Soyeon described ‘I'm gonna TOESA’ as a song about resignation that uses humor and band sounds to reflect the feelings of office workers.
During a guerrilla live performance at Han River Park on the day of release, she said, “I hope this song can give a small sense of freedom to everyone working hard every day.”
