Seo In Guk’s character Kang Si Woo made a surprising choice in the latest episode of tvN’s Monday Tuesday drama See You at Work Tomorrow!.
Episode 11, which aired on July 27, focused on the challenges faced by Kang Si Woo (Seo In Guk) and Cha Ji Yoon (Park Ji Hyun) after they revealed their office romance. The two characters began dealing with changed opinions from coworkers and growing pressure inside the company.
After their relationship became public, Cha Ji Yoon found herself facing increased attention and rumors. Some employees started viewing her mainly as Kang Si Woo’s girlfriend rather than recognizing her work achievements.
Feeling hurt by the change, Cha Ji Yoon said, "I’m still the same..." Kang Si Woo supported her by saying, "Then let them say that I’m Cha Ji Yoon’s boyfriend."
However, the situation became more serious when questions were raised about Cha Ji Yoon’s career achievements. Some people suggested that Kang Si Woo may have given her special treatment, causing doubts about her projects and performance.
A complaint was eventually submitted to the company’s human resources department, claiming that Kang Si Woo had shown favoritism. As a result, Cha Ji Yoon’s expected promotion was canceled.

He then revealed his unexpected choice, saying, "I think I will leave the company." Kang Si Woo decided that stepping away from the company might be the best way to protect Cha Ji Yoon from the ongoing controversy.
Meanwhile, episode 11 of See You at Work Tomorrow! recorded a 4.6% viewership rating based on Nielsen Korea’s paid platform nationwide household ratings. The number increased slightly from episode 10’s 4.4%.
