Click B member Kim Sang Hyuk has honestly shared his wish to remarry and build a family with someone who will remain by his side.
The 43 year old singer appeared as a new cast member on the July 17 episode of Channel A’s “Groom Class 2,” becoming the program’s first participant who had previously been married.
Kim Sang Hyuk explained that he decided to join after seeing other celebrities find meaningful relationships through the show.
“I saw many colleagues meet good partners through ‘Groom Class,’ and I wondered whether that could happen to me too,” he said.
The episode also showed his busy daily life. Kim Sang Hyuk currently manages several businesses, including a custom suit shop and projects involving clothing, bags, and health related products. He shared that his earnings are higher than the average annual salary at a major company.
Later, Kim Sang Hyuk reunited with the other Click B members for their first televised group performance in 11 years. During a gathering after the performance, the members said he had appeared increasingly lonely and supported his decision to join the show.
Kim Sang Hyuk admitted that seeing photos of his fellow members’ children sometimes made him think about having a family of his own.
“I feel happy when I see them, but I also feel envious,” he said. “I hope to have a family who will always be on my side and stay with me for the rest of my life.”
When asked about his ideal partner, Kim Sang Hyuk said he wants someone who can provide emotional comfort and mutual support.
“I want someone who feels like a place of rest where we can depend on each other,” he explained. “Someone whose presence alone gives me a reason to keep living.”
He also spoke openly about his physical preferences, saying, “My ideal type is similar to Tak Jae Hoon’s. I am attracted to a sexy style.”
The Click B members jokingly hesitated when asked whether they would introduce their younger sisters to him. However, they later offered sincere encouragement and described Kim Sang Hyuk as someone who would protect his partner and value his family.
A preview for an upcoming episode showed Kim Sang Hyuk meeting a new woman, raising interest in whether he may begin a new relationship through the program.
