Actor Joo Sang Wook is gaining attention after revealing his muscular physique in behind the scenes photos from the SBS drama “Agent Kim Reactivated”.
On July 14, Joo Sang Wook shared several photos from the filming set and thanked the special makeup team for their hard work.
He wrote, “The special makeup team worked so hard. The sauna scene… Let’s keep it a secret that it was actually a cold bath.”
The photos show Joo Sang Wook without a shirt as staff members apply fake scars to his body for a sauna scene. His clearly defined abs, strong chest, and back muscles quickly caught the attention of fans.
One fan reacted, “Is this really a human body?” while others praised the actor for maintaining his impressive physique.
His wife, actress Cha Ye Ryun, also showed her support by commenting, “Chairman Joo, fighting. I hope ‘Agent Kim Reactivated’ never ends.”
In “Agent Kim Reactivated”, Joo Sang Wook plays Joo Kang Chan and takes on the first villain role of his acting career.
The new character shows a different side of the actor, who is widely known for his roles in dramas such as “Giant”, “Good Doctor”, “Cunning Single Lady”, “Birth of a Beauty”, and “The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won”.
The drama has also recorded strong ratings. According to Nielsen Korea, episode 6 reached a nationwide rating of 22.3 percent and a metropolitan area rating of 23.2 percent. Its highest rating during the episode climbed to 26.4 percent.
“Agent Kim Reactivated” airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
