Ailee’s agency has responded after pregnancy rumors about the singer spread online.
On June 19, A2Z Entertainment clarified the situation and stated, “Ailee is not currently pregnant.” The agency added, “Since she sincerely hopes for pregnancy, we will share the news if something happy happens.”
The rumors began after a recent video of Ailee performing at a coffee festival at the Gyeongchun Line Forest Trail was shared online.
In the video, Ailee wore a white long dress with jeans. Some viewers thought her stomach area looked different and misunderstood a dance move where she placed her hand near her stomach.
As the video gained attention, some netizens began speculating that Ailee might be pregnant. However, her agency directly denied the rumors and explained that she is not pregnant at this time.
Ailee married former actor and businessman Choi Si Hoon in April last year. She has also previously shared that she is planning for pregnancy through in vitro fertilization treatment.
