On June 17, the actor shared several behind the scenes photos from the drama set without adding a caption. In the photos, Kim Mu Yeol is seen in character as Na Hwa Jin, an inspector of the Teachers’ Rights Protection Bureau.
One photo especially caught attention as it showed Na Hwa Jin’s public official ID, giving fans a closer look at the character’s details.
Kim Mu Yeol also showed a playful side by posing with his whole body to form Netflix’s “N”, making fans laugh.
Actor Kim Do Geon, who appeared in episode 1 as Kim Gwang Su, also left a funny comment under the post.
Referring to his scene with Na Hwa Jin, he wrote, “My ears are still ringing”, drawing attention from viewers who remembered their intense moment in the drama.
Meanwhile, “Teach You a Lesson” continues to show strong global results. In its second week, the series ranked No. 1 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 non English show list. It recorded 21.1 million views and 225.8 million viewing hours.
The drama also ranked No. 1 in 46 countries, including South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, and entered the Top 10 in 91 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, India, France, Germany, Australia, Mexico, and Brazil.
Thanks to the drama’s worldwide popularity, Kim Mu Yeol’s SNS followers also saw a huge jump, rising from the 200,000 range to over 1 million.
