
Kim Mu Yeol is gaining attention not only for his strong performance in Netflix’s “Teach You a Lesson,” but also for his warm personality on set.
On June 12, photos of child actor Choi Ja Woon, who played Woo Jin in the series, with Kim Mu Yeol were shared on Choi Ja Woon’s personal account. In the photos, Kim Mu Yeol is seen bending his legs to match the child actor’s height while posing playfully beside him.
Choi Ja Woon’s mother shared a sweet story about meeting Kim Mu Yeol during filming. She wrote, “Netflix’s ‘Teach You a Lesson’ is the hottest work these days. Woo Jin and teacher Na Hwa Jin.



Actor Kim Mu Yeol, whom we met on set, was really warm and kind, different from his charismatic image on screen.”
She also said Kim Mu Yeol kindly took photos with Choi Ja Woon whenever the child actor wanted a selfie. She added, “Every time they took a photo, he naturally bent his legs to match Ja Woon’s height. He was considerate in small ways and always treated him brightly, so Ja Woon really liked him.”
Choi Ja Woon’s mother continued by saying that although the filming time was short, Kim Mu Yeol’s warmth and care left a lasting memory. She said watching “Teach You a Lesson” now brings back happy moments from the set and thanked him for the experience.
“Teach You a Lesson” follows the Teachers’ Rights Protection Bureau, an organization created to protect South Korea’s education field from students, teachers, and parents who cross the line. The series was released on Netflix on June 5 and has been receiving strong attention.
