BTS’s V is once again proving his huge influence, and this time, it is through pizza.

According to American media outlets, V recently drew attention after praising a local pizza during BTS’s concert at Stanford Stadium in California. The restaurant was later found by fans to be Vesta, a pizza restaurant in Redwood City.

During BTS’s May 16 concert at Stanford Stadium, V shared during his ending comment, “This is my first time coming to Stanford, and the pizza was really delicious. I think this place is the best.” He also made fans laugh and cheer by adding, “I heard Stanford University is famous. Can I attend too?”

Although V did not reveal the restaurant’s name, fans quickly figured out that BTS had visited Vesta. After that, many fans began visiting the restaurant, creating an unexpected boost in attention and customers.

Vesta co owner Courtney Bron shared her gratitude in a local media interview, saying, “We had our busiest Monday because of fans visiting.” She added, “We are very honored and thankful that BTS liked our food.”

The story was covered by several major US media outlets, including People, the San Francisco Chronicle, NBC, and CBS, showing how V’s simple comment turned into a local hot topic.

BTS held their “Arirang” world tour concerts at Stanford Stadium on May 16, 17, and 19, meeting around 150,000 fans.

V has often connected with fans by naturally mentioning local places and culture during the tour. His pizza comment is now being seen as another example of how he remembers each city and shares those memories with ARMY.
