aespa member Karina is drawing major attention online after revealing her intense comeback week schedule.
Recently, Karina shared a “Setlog” with fans through a fan communication platform, showing her day while preparing for music show activities. The app records short clips every hour, giving fans a real time look at a person’s daily routine.
In the video recorded on May 15, Karina’s day began before sunrise. She woke up around 2:54 a.m. and left home at about 3:18 a.m. She arrived at the hair and makeup shop around 4 a.m., and her styling continued until about 6:50 a.m.

After finishing a music show pre recording, Karina finally had a short break around 8 a.m. However, the break did not last long.
She returned to the broadcasting station at 2 p.m. for script reading and later performed on the live broadcast stage around 5 p.m.
Even after the stage, her day was still not over. Karina went back to the shop for care, ate dinner around 8 p.m., then returned to the company at 8:30 p.m. for personal practice. She finally left work at around 10 p.m., ending a nonstop schedule that lasted nearly 19 hours.

Netizens were shocked by her packed day and expressed both concern and admiration. Some commented, “Do idols all live like this when they go to music shows? It must be so hard,” while another said, “Even if they paid me a lot of money, I do not think my body could handle it.”
Others also worried about her rest time, asking, “If she works for 19 hours, when does she rest and sleep?”
Many also pointed out that not only idols, but also the staff working with them, must have a difficult schedule during comeback promotions.
Meanwhile, aespa is preparing to release their second full album “LEMONADE” on May 29 at 1 p.m. and begin full comeback activities.
