SBS drama “My Royal Nemesis” is gaining strong attention from viewers around the world, with many praising Lim Ji Yeon’s unexpected comedy acting.
The fantasy romantic comedy follows Kang Dan Sim, played by Lim Ji Yeon, a woman known as the worst villainess of Joseon.
Her soul enters the body of unknown modern actress Shin Seo Ri 300 years later, leading her to cross paths with chaebol Cha Se Gye, played by Heo Nam Jun.
Viewers reacted strongly to Lim Ji Yeon’s performance, saying things like “the best first episode ever,” “I didn’t know Lim Ji Yeon was this good at comedy”, and “Lim Ji Yeon is a perfect actress who can do any genre.”
Some IMDb reviews also praised the drama as “a perfect mix of comedy and romance” and said it can “change your mood after a stressful day.”
