JTBC’s weekend drama “We Are All Trying Here” is gaining steady attention as its ratings continue to rise.

According to Nielsen Korea, episode 6 recorded a nationwide household rating of 2.9%, marking the drama’s new personal best. Since its premiere, the series has remained in the 2% range but has shown a slow and steady upward trend with each episode.

The latest episode focused on Hwang Dong Man, played by Koo Kyo Hwan, as he began to recover from a long creative slump. His growing feelings for Byeon Eun Ah, played by Go Youn Jung, helped him find new energy and confidence in his work.

Byeon Eun Ah also faced meaningful changes in her relationships. Her honest advice to actress Jang Mi Ran created an unexpected sense of trust between them, while her conflict with her biological mother Oh Jung Hee became more serious.

Eun Ah firmly pushed back after realizing her mother was trying to protect her public image while hiding painful truths from the past.

The most talked about moment came when Hwang Dong Man and Byeon Eun Ah understood each other’s hidden pain.

After realizing that their emotional struggles were like silent calls for help, the two shared a quiet hug on the street. The scene gave viewers a warm and emotional moment without needing many words.

With its new personal best rating and the growing bond between its lead characters, “We Are All Trying Here” is continuing to build strong interest among viewers.
