Actor Ong Seong Wu is set to appear in the upcoming tvN drama “Chilling Romance,” taking on a new role as a chaebol heir.
On April 24, his agency Fantagio confirmed that he will play Kang Min Hwan, the CEO of CL Raymond Hotel under CL Group.
The character is described as someone who has intelligence, charm, and strong communication skills, along with a calm and polite personality.
The drama is an occult romance about a chaebol heiress who can see ghosts and a prosecutor who is afraid of them. Kang Min Hwan is an original character created for the drama and is expected to show both a cold business side and a warm personality.
Ong Seong Wu has built a steady acting career through various projects and continues to expand his range. With this new role, he is expected to present a different image and further strengthen his presence as an actor.
“Chilling Romance” is scheduled to premiere in the second half of the year.
