ONE HUNDRED, the agency of THE BOYZ, has responded to recent claims made by some members, strongly denying allegations related to unpaid earnings and contract issues.

The agency stated that the members’ claims “seriously distort the essence of the situation” regarding the request to suspend their exclusive contracts and the embezzlement complaint filed against the company’s CEO.

According to ONE HUNDRED, all 11 members received a total of 16.5 billion KRW (approximately 165 million USD), with each member reportedly receiving 1.5 billion KRW as a signing bonus.

The agency described this as “an amount that ordinary people may never encounter in their lifetime” and emphasized that it exceeds typical industry standards.

The company explained that such payments are advance funds that are to be deducted from future earnings.

It added that if the contract is terminated, “the remaining amount proportional to the contract period must be returned” due to the nature of the advance payment.

ONE HUNDRED also addressed the issue of unpaid settlements, stating that the amount claimed by the members is “close to ten times” the previously paid advance, and insisted that only a portion remains unpaid.

Regarding the delay in settlement payments, the agency said it was a precaution due to “concerns about not being able to recover the large advance already paid” amid what it described as “malicious media actions.”

The agency added that if the members acknowledge receiving the advance under the condition of maintaining the contract, it is “ready to immediately pay the secured settlement funds.”

Previously, THE BOYZ’s legal representatives stated that “no payments have been received,” including earnings from late 2025, and some members also claimed through social media that they “received nothing.”

Nine members, excluding New, have filed a legal request to suspend their exclusive contracts and have also filed an embezzlement complaint against the agency’s CEO, continuing the ongoing dispute.
