Sandara Park is taking legal action against people who allegedly posted malicious content and violated her rights.

Her agency, ARADNAS, said on September 6 that it had secured substantial evidence and was proceeding with criminal complaints and civil claims for damages through legal representatives.

The agency said it would identify and hold accountable people who repeatedly spread false information or posted insulting content, regardless of whether the posts appeared on domestic or international platforms.

ARADNAS also warned that deleting posts or closing accounts would not stop the legal process. It said it would respond without leniency, settlement or withdrawal in both existing and future cases involving violations of Sandara Park’s rights.

“We will continue the necessary legal procedures to the end under the principle that actions violating an artist’s character and rights must carry responsibility,” the agency said.

Sandara Park established the label ARADNAS in June and began a new chapter under the company.
