Actor Woo Do Hwan is gaining attention after revealing his strict diet and workout routine to prepare for Netflix’s “Bloodhounds” Season 2.
In a recent interview, he shared that he trained more seriously than before, saying, “For Season 2, I worked out more systematically and had about 3 to 4 months to prepare.”

He surprised many by explaining his eating habits, saying, “I ate about four meals a day” and “I kept eating until before going to sleep,” as he tried to gain weight for his role.
He also added, “I eat more when I exercise,” explaining that he would eat chicken breast after workouts, or chicken if he wanted something different, along with “four bowls of rice a day.”
Meanwhile, “Bloodhounds” Season 2 is showing strong global performance, ranking No. 2 in Netflix’s non-English series category within just three days of release and entering the Top 10 in 67 countries.
