Actress Go Ah Sung opened up about filming her first romance movie and her experience working with Moon Sang Min.
On March 3, Go Ah Sung and Moon Sang Min appeared on episode 129 of the YouTube web show ‘Salon Drip’ on the channel TEO, where they introduced their Netflix film ‘Pavane’ and shared behind the scenes stories with host Jang Do Yeon.
‘Pavane’ marks Go Ah Sung’s first romance project since her debut as a child actress. Reflecting on meeting her co star, she shared, “It’s my first romance film. It was my first time seeing my co star in that kind of role, so I felt emotional.”
She added, “When I saw him in person, he really had a face with a story,” expressing her strong first impression of Moon Sang Min.
Go Ah Sung also talked about reuniting with director Lee Jong Pil, whom she previously worked with on ‘Samjin Company English Class.’

She said, “When a director asks me to work with them a second time, it makes me very happy. I think, ‘I must have done well.’”
Regarding her role, she revealed that her character in the original novel was darker, but the director told her, “You look too confident.”
She laughed and explained that although she often plays strong characters, she does not think she is that strong in real life.
She also emphasized the positive atmosphere on set. “Not only Moon Sang Min, but also Byun Yo Han was filming with us. We are all young actors, and I hoped we could spend good time together,” she said. “We really did. The three of us had a special energy.”
With her first full romance film now on the way, Go Ah Sung’s honest comments have drawn attention to her new on screen chemistry with Moon Sang Min.
