I-dle member Miyeon is drawing attention after reports revealed that she purchased a high end apartment in Yongsan entirely in cash.
According to a certified copy of the real estate register, Miyeon signed a contract on the 3rd to buy a unit at Yongsan Central Park, located in Hangang ro 3 ga, Yongsan gu, Seoul, for 5.05 billion won.
She reportedly paid the remaining balance on the 12th and completed the ownership transfer. As no mortgage was registered on the property, it is believed that the full amount was paid in cash without any bank loan.
The unit she purchased is a 135 square meter apartment located on the 17th floor. Notably, the previous highest reported price for the same size unit was 4.3 billion won in April 2024, making her purchase stand out in the complex’s recent transaction history.
Yongsan Central Park is a large scale residential complex made up of five buildings with up to 43 floors and a total of 1,140 units.
The development includes apartments, officetels, and commercial facilities, and is known for its convenient location near Yongsan Station, which is served by Subway Lines 1 and 4 as well as the KTX.
Meanwhile, I-dle is set to meet fans at their “2026 i dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] IN SEOUL” concerts on the 21st and 22nd at KSPO DOME in Seoul.
