BTS Jungkook is drawing worldwide attention after receiving strong praise from Grammy winning producer Diplo.
In an interview with TMZ, Diplo spoke about working on BTS’s comeback album ‘ARIRANG’ and said, “Jungkook? No autotune needed. He has a perfect voice.” His comment quickly spread across social media platform X and became a hot topic among fans and media.
Diplo, who has worked with global stars like Justin Bieber, Beyoncé, Madonna, and Dua Lipa, is known as one of the top producers in the industry. Because of his reputation, his words about Jungkook carried even more weight.
Billboard columnist Jeff Benjamin also highlighted Diplo’s statement, noting that the producer called Jungkook a “perfect singer” and emphasized that he “doesn’t need autotune at all.” Major outlets such as MSN and People also spotlighted the praise.
Jungkook has long been recognized for his vocal skills. Singer Charlie Puth, who collaborated with him on ‘Left and Right’, previously said, “It was an astonishingly perfect vocal. It was very impressive and really moved me.”
Chris Martin of Coldplay also shared during recording, “Great! Please tell JK he is so impressive.” Songwriter Jenna Andrews described him by saying, “He is amazing. His voice is crazy. He is outstanding.”
Producer DJ Swivel added that Jungkook has incredible vocal ability even without instruments or effects, while producer Andrew Choi recently said, “His performance is 11 out of 10. He is truly perfect.”
Meanwhile, Jungkook continues to show strong global results. He recently surpassed 20 billion on demand audio streams, becoming the first K pop solo artist and the fastest Asian artist to reach this milestone, further proving his powerful presence in the global music market.
