SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama Taxi Driver 3 is dominating the charts as it kicked off a major conflict with a legendary villain organization, setting a new personal high in ratings.
According to Nielsen Korea on the 28th, episode 12, which aired the day before, reached a peak rating of 19.1% (15.2% in the metropolitan area, 14% nationwide), marking the highest for the series so far.
The 2049 age group rating, a key metric for advertisers, also hit 5.57%, ranking first among all programs aired since October.
The episode drew viewers in with high-stakes action as Kim Do Gi (Lee Je Hoon) and the “Rainbow Dark Heroes” went after the leader of a second-hand goods scam, the “Chief” (Park Si Yoon).
The Rainbow Transport team used IT expert Go Eun (Pyo Ye Jin) to infiltrate the organization, disrupt its operations, and force the Chief into a vulnerable position.
While Lee Je Hoon’s character handled the final confrontation, the episode built strong tension and suspense.
Viewers were captivated as the episode revealed a massive criminal network, showing just how high the stakes have become.
With the series hitting record ratings and maintaining strong audience interest, anticipation is rising for the next developments.
