tvN’s weekend drama Typhoon Family is quickly becoming one of the hottest shows of the season, and its latest episode proved it once again.
The November 15 broadcast captured huge attention nationwide, pulling in 8.5% average ratings and a peak of 9.8%, getting very close to the major 10% milestone.
In the Seoul area, the numbers were just as strong, also hitting a peak of 9.8%, making the drama No. 1 in its time slot across all channels, including public broadcasters.
The drama also dominated the key 20–49 age group, recording 2.4% average and up to 2.7%, showing its strong popularity with younger viewers as well. According to Nielsen Korea, Typhoon Family continues to rise on cable, IPTV, and satellite platforms.
This week’s episode especially grabbed attention thanks to a heart-fluttering moment between Lee Junho and Kim Min Ha, which sparked a wave of excitement online.
