The November 15 broadcast captured huge attention nationwide, pulling in 8.5% average ratings and a peak of 9.8%, getting very close to the major 10% milestone.
In the Seoul area, the numbers were just as strong, also hitting a peak of 9.8%, making the drama No. 1 in its time slot across all channels, including public broadcasters.
The drama also dominated the key 20–49 age group, recording 2.4% average and up to 2.7%, showing its strong popularity with younger viewers as well. According to Nielsen Korea, Typhoon Family continues to rise on cable, IPTV, and satellite platforms.
