LE SSERAFIM member Kazuha recently shared her love for Korea and how K-dramas inspired her dream of living in the country during a new episode of the YouTube show Salon Drip, where she appeared alongside Huh Yunjin.

Kazuha said, “I’ve always liked K-dramas and K-pop, so I had a dream about Korea. I thought something like a Korean drama would happen. I like romance. ”

She continued, “I wondered if something ‘magical’ could happen while walking on the streets in Korea. I watched 'Descendants of the Sun' for the first time in my life. I liked Song Hye Kyo and Kim Ji Won. I thought Korea had that kind of image.”

She added, “I thought the way people speak Korean was like that. I also got into K-pop then. I liked Blackpink. I even wrote a kind of contract, saying I would follow all the rules and asked them to recognize it.”

Huh Yunjin also shared her trainee journey, revealing the challenges she faced before debut. She said, “While training, I prepared four different teams. Things didn’t go well. After four years and trying many teams, I thought I should try another path.”

She continued, “I went back to the U.S. and lived with determination for two months. I got a scholarship for the school I wanted to attend and paid the tuition. But the next day, the company called me.”

She added, “At first, I calmly set boundaries, but I realized things were already decided for me. Since I had already paid tuition, I thought the sudden call had meaning. I accepted it easily.”

Fans were excited to hear about Kazuha’s dream of Korea and Huh Yunjin’s journey, showing their dedication and passion even before their official debut.
