BTS’s V is keeping fans updated on his fitness journey — and his small but touching moments with ARMY.
On September 25, V posted an Instagram story after completing a 10km run by the Han River.
Even bare-faced and fresh from exercise, he wowed fans with his natural visuals, proving once again why he’s often called “Kim Kindness” for the way he shares little moments of his daily life.

Earlier, during an August 29 livestream, V revealed that he had started running and even invited fans to join an “ARMY running crew,” laying out funny rules such as: “Don’t talk to me, don’t overtake me, no pictures of me drooling, and if I walk, don’t assume I’m tired.” He joked, “I ran so hard I drooled. If I ran a little more, I would’ve collapsed.”
During a Weverse chat on September 24, V said he now enjoys running so much that his body fat dropped below 10%. When asked if he had met fans while running, he laughed, “A lot, really. But everyone was so gentle. They didn’t talk to me, they didn’t run with me, they just gave me a BTS greeting with a face like they didn’t care whether I was there or not. I really liked it and it was funny.”

V also expressed gratitude, saying, “I don’t see sighting posts online, so I think they’re being considerate. Next time, I’ll have to give a gift if I meet them.”
Known for his flawless self-care, V has been maintaining a healthy and fit body since his military service in the SDT unit, where he bulked up.
Now through gym workouts, hiking, and running, he continues to show why fans call him the ultimate self-care king.
