BTS’s Jimin has once again shown his global power with another big achievement on Spotify.
His fan song Closer Than This, released as a surprise gift right before Christmas in December 2023 after his enlistment, has now surpassed 300 million streams on the platform. With this, Jimin becomes the owner of six solo tracks each with over 300 million streams.
Among his top streaming songs, Who leads the way with over 2 billion streams — a historic record as the first and only solo track by an Asian artist without a collaboration to achieve it.

His record-breaking Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single Like Crazy follows with 1.392 billion streams, while Set Me Free Pt.2 has 435 million, Like Crazy (English version) has 384 million, and With You has 311 million.
Jimin’s solo tracks from BTS albums continue to do strong as well. Filter is close to reaching 500 million streams, currently at over 490 million, while Serendipity (Full Length) has already crossed 310 million.
Closer Than This is also extra special for fans since Jimin personally wrote and composed the track as a love letter to ARMY.
The song made history on April 15, 2024, by topping the iTunes Top Songs chart in all 119 countries and regions, achieving a rare “all-kill.”
With this latest milestone, Jimin continues to prove his massive impact as one of K-pop’s strongest solo artists.
