The KPop Demon Hunters OST has made history on Billboard, becoming the first K-pop album in five years to top both the Billboard 200 and the Hot 100 at the same time.

On September 14, Billboard confirmed that the OST album climbed to No.1 on the Billboard 200 in its 12th week of release.

Its standout track Golden, sung by Huntrix, has also been holding strong at No.1 on the Hot 100 for four weeks straight.

This marks the first time since BTS achieved the feat with their album BE and title track Life Goes On back in December 2020.

With its record-breaking success, KPop Demon Hunters has proven its global impact, showing the power of K-pop even in animation soundtracks.
