WINNER’s leader Kang Seung Yoon expressed his affection for his YG Entertainment juniors, TREASURE.
On September 7, TREASURE appeared on SBS PowerFM’s 2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show to promote their new song PARADISE, with Kang Seung Yoon joining as a special DJ.
TREASURE described PARADISE as a disco-funk love song, explaining, “It says that the time spent with someone you love is paradise.”
They added that unlike their usual powerful concepts, this track feels lighter and easier for the public to enjoy.
As the leader of WINNER, a group known for many hit love songs, Kang Seung Yoon gave heartfelt advice to his juniors: “You really have to be in love. Look at the camera and express love for the fans through it.”
TREASURE also revealed that they will begin an overseas tour starting in October, beginning in Seoul before heading to Japan and other parts of Asia. “Not all venues are decided or revealed yet, but please look forward to it,” they said.
Meanwhile, Kang Seung Yoon promised to treat TREASURE to a meal after they finish promotions. The members excitedly cheered and said their choice would be omakase, raising anticipation for their sunbae-hoobae bonding time.
