BTS’s Jungkook is setting new records on Spotify with his unstoppable solo success.
On August 25 (KST), it was confirmed that Jungkook’s solo single 3D has officially surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify.
The track, released in September 2023, recorded an average of around 2 million daily streams until it hit the milestone.
With this achievement, Jungkook now has four songs with over 1 billion streams each on the world’s largest music streaming platform:
- Seven – 2.5 billion
- Standing Next to You – 1.2 billion
- Left and Right (with Charlie Puth) – 1.1 billion
- 3D – 1 billion
According to global music outlet Pop Core, Jungkook has made history as the first and only Asian solo artist to achieve four songs surpassing the 1 billion mark on Spotify.
As part of the recognition, Jungkook has now received four Billions Club plaques, Spotify’s special awards given to artists whose songs cross the milestone.
All four tracks are also featured in Spotify’s exclusive Billions Club playlist, which highlights songs that have reached over 1 billion streams.
This latest record further proves Jungkook’s global influence and cements his position as one of the most successful soloists in the world.
