BTS’s Jungkook is receiving birthday celebrations on a truly massive scale, led by his biggest Chinese fanclub Jungkook China.
Ahead of his birthday on September 1, Jungkook China announced a “continental-scale” project that will take over landmarks in Seoul and across China.
From August 29 to September 2, a 6-meter-tall inflatable doll called “Baby Prince” will be displayed at the Seoul Eland Cruise in Yeouido, alongside a huge LED sign that reads “0901 HAPPY JUNGKOOK DAY” glowing brightly day and night. The same project last year drew huge crowds, and this year is expected to be even bigger.
Fans can also enjoy a special birthday café event from August 30 to September 1 at Longbre 378 across from HYBE’s new building.
The café will be decorated with Jungkook-themed cup holders, standees, posters, and banners, making it a gathering spot for ARMY to celebrate together.
The celebrations don’t stop there. Jungkook China is also holding birthday exhibitions in 8 major Chinese cities — Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Taiwan, Chengdu, Shenzhen, and Shaoxing.
Each city will feature Jungkook-themed photo zones, sculptures, large screen ads, banners, and even elevator and escalator wraps.

In Seoul, from August 22 to September 5, digital subway birthday ads are running over 180 times per day at busy stations including Sinchon, Jamsil, Sadang, Konkuk Univ., and Myeong-dong.
To top it all off, Jungkook China also organized large-scale fireworks events over the Han River in Seoul and Busan’s Haeundae Beach, lighting up the skies in his honor.
With massive displays, themed cafés, city-wide exhibitions, and even fireworks, Jungkook’s birthday is once again proving the overwhelming love and power of ARMY around the world.
