Actor Jung Il Woo opened up about his living situation and marriage thoughts on SBS’s My Little Old Boy.

On the August 17 episode, Jung Il Woo appeared as a guest, where Shin Dong Yup asked him if he has ever lived separately from his parents.

The actor honestly replied, “While working as an actor, my mother and father have taken care of many things, so I never felt the need to live independently. My parents tell me to move out only after I get married.”

Hearing this, Seo Jang Hoon joked, “If your girlfriend lives alone, then there’s no problem,” which made Shin Dong Yup laugh and say, “As expected, our wise man. I was wondering how he would meet his girlfriend, but now it makes sense—it’s because she lives alone.”

When asked about marriage, Jung Il Woo shared, “I do think about it. I’ve never had any dating rumors.”

Shin Dong Yup playfully teased, “You’ve avoided them so well, like a ghost.”

The conversation then turned to his ideal type. Shin Dong Yup asked if he still likes “a wise person, someone you can learn from, and also someone who uses chopsticks well.”

Smiling shyly, Jung Il Woo explained, “I have to be careful with my words. It’s been 19 years since I debuted, but things I said 19 years ago are still brought up. I just meant that if someone uses chopsticks well, it shows how they were raised and their family education.”

To wrap up the fun talk, Shin Dong Yup jokingly suggested, “On a blind date, scatter beans on the table and time how long she takes to pick them up with chopsticks,” making everyone laugh.
