SHINee’s Key received an unexpected travel surprise after his business class ticket was upgraded to first class for free on a flight to Singapore.
The moment was revealed in a new video uploaded to SHINee’s YouTube channel on October 3, showing Key beginning his Singapore trip in an especially excited mood.
Key explained, “I booked business class using miles, but I got upgraded to first class for free.”
Clearly thrilled by the unexpected upgrade, he explored the first class seat and looked through the amenities and menu before settling in for the flight.
For his in-flight meal, Key tried dishes including scallops, salmon, and gazpacho before choosing steak as his main course. He also compared two types of white wine and later enjoyed champagne with his meal.
Key continued enjoying the first class experience with some in-flight duty-free shopping, purchasing items including an electric compression device to save space in his luggage and a portable fan for Singapore’s warm weather.
After arriving in Singapore, he relaxed at his hotel with a half-bath and revealed another part of his travel routine.
“If I have time to rest at a hotel, I sometimes take a half-bath three times a day,” Key shared.
While the video followed several parts of his Singapore trip, his genuinely excited reaction to unexpectedly moving from business class to first class became one of the standout moments.
