BTS’s golden maknae Jungkook is proving once again that everything he touches turns to gold!
On July 30, it was reported that Jungkook’s solo track Stay Alive—which was originally released as the official soundtrack for the Korean webtoon 7FATES: CHAKHO—has officially surpassed 350 million streams on Spotify, the world’s biggest music streaming platform.
What makes this even more impressive? Stay Alive is a webtoon OST—yet it continues to show huge popularity around the world. Since its release, it has steadily gained streams, proving Jungkook’s unmatched global reach and fan support.

With this achievement, Jungkook now has seven songs on Spotify that have each passed the 350 million stream mark:
- Stay Alive
- Seven
- 3D
- Standing Next to You
- Left and Right (with Charlie Puth)
- Dreamers (2022 FIFA World Cup OST)
- Euphoria (BTS solo track)
When Stay Alive dropped, it debuted at No. 3 on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart with 4.27 million filtered streams in a day. At that time, this was the highest daily stream count ever for a Korean solo artist’s debut. It was also the highest debut rank for a Korean solo artist.
Stay Alive also made history by becoming the first-ever Korean webtoon OST to enter the Billboard Hot 100, debuting at No. 95. It also entered the UK Official Singles Chart at No. 89, another first for any Korean OST.

On Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, Stay Alive ranked No. 1 for two consecutive weeks, becoming the first and only Korean idol solo song to do so at the time.
Jungkook’s digital strength was also shown on iTunes, where Stay Alive broke several records after its release:
- No. 1 in 100 countries in 45 hours
- No. 1 in 103 countries in 3 days
- No. 1 in 104 countries in 3 days and 8 hours
- No. 1 in 107 countries in 23 days and 6 hours
- Eventually, No. 1 in 110 countries, the most ever for a Korean solo idol
He also became the first Korean idol soloist to top the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart for 5 straight days.
Meanwhile, Jungkook’s Spotify profile—which includes all his solo and collaboration works—has now crossed 9.2 billion total streams, making him the fastest Asian act and first K-pop soloist to hit this milestone.
Fans around the world are once again reminded that Jungkook is not just the youngest BTS member—he’s a true global star with unstoppable power.
