Sechs Kies member Eun Ji Won is getting married again!
On June 12, YG Entertainment shared exciting news, saying, “Eun Ji Won recently took wedding photos. He plans to hold a quiet wedding later this year with only close family and friends.” The agency also asked fans to “please send warm support.”
Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that Eun Ji Won had taken wedding photos with his non-celebrity girlfriend, sparking buzz about an upcoming wedding.
Eun Ji Won has opened up in the past about his thoughts on remarriage. On MBN’s variety show Dolsingles, he shared, “I do think about getting remarried. I’m not someone who doesn’t believe in marriage. I think it will happen naturally when the time comes. I don’t want to live alone forever.”
He also got honest on the YouTube channel Leukeukeu Lee Kyung Gyu, saying, “I used to think I wouldn’t get married again, but now I think I should. After my divorce, I had no plans for marriage, but as I got older—and especially after my mother lost my father—those thoughts came back.”
Eun Ji Won first debuted in 1997 with the legendary K-pop group Sechs Kies. He previously married a former judo athlete in 2010 in Hawaii, but the couple divorced two years later.
Fans are now celebrating this new chapter in his life, hoping he finds happiness in his second marriage.
