• Super Junior's Shindong Shows Off His Jaw-Dropping 30 Billion Won Apartment — You Won't Believe Who Owned it Before Him

Super Junior's Shindong just gave fans a peek inside his new, luxurious home, and it’s everything we imagined!

On April 3, Shindong posted a video titled “Since I moved, should I have a housewarming party?” on his 'Shindong Daengdong' YouTube channel, sharing exciting updates about his recent move.

The star revealed he now lives in a luxury apartment with a breathtaking view of the Han River. Shindong proudly showed off the wide-open view, saying, “I always show this view to people who come over. You can see the Han River and the Lotte Tower in Jamsil. It’s amazing. There are even fireworks on January 1st, but I was in Taiwan and missed it. I’ll definitely watch it next year!” The location also makes it super convenient, with easy access to the Olympic Highway and Cheongdam Bridge, making it easy to get to places like Bundang.

As for the details inside his new place, Shindong couldn’t help but show off his new expensive items. “The thing I brag about the most is our TV. It's a very expensive 97-inch OLED TV,” he explained.

The TV alone costs a whopping 35 million won! He also shared how he updated other appliances like the induction cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, and dishwasher. “The best thing I replaced was the sink. I got it from Instagram. And I use a food waste disposer that works great,” he added.

But wait, it gets even better! Shindong showed off some unique features, like a super cool fridge that makes cubed, crushed, craft ice, and even mini cubes! “It’s amazing! I almost never need to buy ice,” he said.

The fridge is so high-tech, it even makes filtered water. And for all the coffee lovers, there’s a built-in coffee machine—although he joked, “I’ve never used it!”

Shindong also shared a funny story about his new home’s previous owner—TVXQ’s Changmin! He revealed, “Is this house Changmin’s? I told Changmin I bought this house. Let me show you the wardrobe. Changmin did a great job on the interior, so I didn’t change much.”

Changmin originally bought the apartment in 2014 for 1.48 billion won in cash, and now it’s worth around 3 billion won!

In addition to his stunning living room, Shindong gave fans a look at his computer room, storage, and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a special Tempur moving bed, “When you press it, it rises, so it's great for watching TV,” he explained. And his projector setup? It cost him about 400 million won!

It looks like Shindong is living the high life in his new home—thank you, Changmin, for the awesome space.

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
