Actor Lee Yi Kyung couldn’t hide his disappointment when Jang Hyuk failed to remember their past meetings.
On the March 2nd episode of tvN’s Handsome Guys, Jang Hyuk stepped in for his close friend Cha Tae Hyun as a temporary cast member. Since Cha Tae Hyun was absent, Jang Hyuk joined instead, leading to some hilarious moments.
When Kim Dong Hyun jokingly asked, “You don’t have any schedules tomorrow, right?” warning that he might have to take a penalty, Jang Hyuk immediately responded, “I do have a schedule tomorrow.”
However, the production team then dropped a bombshell: “If Jang Hyuk gets the penalty, Cha Tae Hyun will take it instead.”

Hearing this, Lee Yi Kyung burst into laughter, saying, “Tae Hyun hyung must be flustered. He tried to help, but…” The staff revealed that Cha Tae Hyun had no idea about this, making the entire cast crack up.
Later, when Jang Hyuk was asked if he recognized anyone on set, he only mentioned Kim Dong Hyun.

Lee Yi Kyung, clearly surprised, asked, “What about me? We’ve met before!” But Jang Hyuk, looking puzzled, asked, “Where did I see you?”
Lee Yi Kyung, feeling disappointed, explained, “My parents used to live in the same neighborhood as you. We ran into each other twice. I even greeted you while doing recycling! And at the gym, I greeted you four times.”
Still unable to recall, Jang Hyuk could only laugh as Lee Yi Kyung sighed, “I guess I was the only one who remembered.” Shin Seung Ho then playfully teased, “No one remembers you, hyung,” making everyone crack up.
Trying to brush it off, Jang Hyuk jokingly blamed it on age, saying, “It’s a social phenomenon. Once you pass your mid-40s, it can’t be helped,” making the moment even funnier.
