BTS’s Jungkook continues to break records as he makes a huge impact on music charts worldwide.

According to Apple Music’s Top Songs of 2024: Global year-end chart, Jungkook’s solo hit Seven ranked 41st, standing alongside global superstars like Taylor Swift (Anti-Hero), Beyoncé (TEXAS HOLD 'EM), and Olivia Rodrigo (vampire).

On December 5, Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, released its Top Tracks of 2024 Global list, and Jungkook made history by having two songs in the top 50 most-streamed tracks globally.

His debut solo song Seven secured 28th place, while Standing Next to You from his solo album landed at 34th. This achievement highlights Jungkook’s global popularity, as he is the only Asian artist to have multiple songs in Spotify’s Top Tracks of 2024 Global.

Jungkook also made history as the first Asian solo artist to have two songs featured in Spotify’s global year-end charts.

Seven had already ranked 4th on Spotify’s Top Tracks of 2023 Global list, and its continued success on the 2024 chart marks two years in a row for the track, proving its lasting popularity.

Jungkook’s Seven also ranked 41st on Apple Music’s Top Songs of 2024: Global, making it the only K-pop soloist track to appear on the year-end chart for two consecutive years, setting another new record.
