    Lee Ha Eum, the younger sister of TWICE member Jihyo, is making her official debut as an actress!

    On September 26, Starhaus Entertainment confirmed that Lee Ha Eum will start her acting career by taking on the lead role in the short-form drama Request to Resign.

    The drama takes place at a company called 'Uyeon Trade' and focuses on the conflicts and romance between three people with different goals. It’s based on a popular webtoon of the same name. Lee Ha Eum will play the main character, 'Oh Geum Hee.'

    In the story, Oh Geum Hee is a team leader in the overseas trade department at Uyeon Trade. She works so hard that it's difficult to tell if she’s just dedicated or a complete workaholic. Throughout the drama, she connects with various characters, including Kang Tae Ri, the company’s president. Her journey of love and dreams is expected to capture viewers’ hearts.

    Lee Ha Eum expressed her excitement about her first big role. She said, "I was really nervous about taking on such an important role in my first project, but at the same time, I was super excited. I'm thankful for the support of the director, fellow actors, and staff who looked after me. "

    She added, "There were a lot of challenges, but with everyone’s help, I enjoyed filming. Playing 'Geum Hee' gave me valuable experience. I hope viewers will love watching it as much as I loved preparing for it."

    On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

    During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

    He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

    The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

    “I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

    He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

    “In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”
