BTS's Jimin has made a big splash with his new song 'Who,' which has landed at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100. The track, from Jimin's second solo album 'MUSE,' reached this spot on the latest Billboard chart (August 3). This is Jimin's sixth time on the Hot 100 as a solo artist.
Even though there haven't been any official promotions for the album besides a performance video from 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'—filmed before his military enlistment—Jimin's high ranking shows his impressive global popularity.
Billboard's preview article also notes that Jimin's album 'MUSE' hit number 2 on the 'Billboard 200' chart as of August 3.

This is Jimin's second solo album to chart on the Billboard 200, following his debut 'FACE.' Jimin now holds the record for the highest-charting K-pop solo artist on this chart, previously set by his own 'FACE,' Suga's 'D-DAY,' V's 'Layover,' and Jungkook's 'GOLDEN.'
Jimin first appeared on the Hot 100 as a solo artist with 'VIBE (feat. Jimin of BTS)' (76th place) last year. His debut solo album 'FACE' included hits like 'Set Me Free Pt.2' (30th place) and 'Like Crazy' (1st place) on the Hot 100. Notably, 'Like Crazy' was the first song by a K-pop solo artist to top the Hot 100. Jimin is also the first K-pop artist to reach number one on the Hot 100 with both group (BTS) and solo work.
Jimin also made the Hot 100 with his contributions to the 'Fast X' soundtrack with 'Angel Pt. 1 (Feat. Jimin of BTS, JVKE & Muni Long)' (65th place) and the pre-release track from 'MUSE,' 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco)' (88th place).
According to Billboard’s social media, 'Who' has topped the 'Global 200,' 'Global (excluding the U.S.),' and 'Digital Song Sales' charts.
'Who' is a hip-hop R&B track that captures feelings of longing and confusion. With its bold beat and Jimin's captivating vocals, the song is a favorite for repeat listening. It also topped Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' chart for six straight days (July 23 to July 28), as announced on the 29th.
