Singer Jeon Somi has revealed how she spends her days off, sharing the Pilates and sauna routine she has maintained for nearly 10 years.

In a video uploaded to her YouTube channel *IMOS Jeon Somi* on October 29, Somi gave viewers a look at her regular self-care habits, including exercise, body massages, and sauna sessions.

During the video, Somi revealed that she started practicing Pilates around 2016 or 2017.

*"It's been 10 years,"* she said, explaining how long the exercise has been part of her routine.

Despite her experience, Somi admitted that certain Pilates movements are still difficult, especially exercises that require her to engage her abdominal and lower-body muscles while holding a position.

When the production staff commented that one movement looked comfortable because she was lying down, Somi quickly corrected them.

*"It might look like I'm just lying down, but it's really not like that,"* she explained.

She even encouraged the staff to try the exercise themselves to understand how challenging it could be.

After finishing Pilates, Somi headed to a sauna and introduced several items she regularly uses as part of her personal care routine.

Before entering the sauna, she demonstrated how she uses a dry body brush.

*"I brush from the areas farthest from my heart toward my heart,"* she explained.

According to Somi, brushing her skin before a sauna or shower makes her feel more refreshed and awake.

She also revealed that she uses two gua sha massage tools on different parts of her body.

*"You can massage your scalp, face, jawline, and even your trapezius muscles,"* she shared.

Somi said she personally finds the tools helpful when managing the feeling of puffiness.

The singer also explained why visiting the sauna has become one of her favorite habits.

*"I feel like my skin becomes clearer, and it feels like my body is being cleansed from the inside,"* she said.

She added that her skin seems firmer after a sauna session.

Somi revealed that she particularly enjoys visiting the sauna after returning from overseas schedules or when she feels puffy after eating salty food.

She then shared her usual sauna routine, which involves spending approximately 10 to 15 minutes in a hot sauna before briefly entering cold water.

According to Somi, she normally repeats the process four times and sometimes completes five rounds when she feels up to it.

However, she emphasized that she adjusts the routine depending on how she feels.

*"When it gets too hot, I come out and cool down. When I start feeling cold, I go back in,"* she explained, adding that she takes breaks according to her condition.

Although Somi described the routine as something she personally enjoys, her experiences with brushing, gua sha, and sauna sessions should not be taken as guaranteed health or skin benefits.

Through the video, Somi showed that Pilates and sauna visits have become familiar parts of her life, giving viewers a closer look at how she chooses to spend her free time away from performances and busy schedules.
