KBS 2TV's weekend drama Love on the Menu, starring Ha Seok Jin and Ahn Hee Yeon, has claimed the top spot in Sunday's television ratings, recording an impressive 16.3% nationwide viewership rating.

According to Nielsen Korea, episode 25 of Love on the Menu, which aired on October 25, recorded an average nationwide rating of 16.3%.

The result marked a 1.1 percentage point increase from episode 24, which recorded 15.2%, and made Love on the Menu the highest-rated drama broadcast that Sunday.

The achievement was especially notable as several popular weekend dramas competed for viewers.

tvN's 100 Days of Deception, starring Kim Yoo Jung, followed with 9.5% nationwide ratings for episode 6. The drama also reached a new personal best after recovering from its previous episode's 6.5% rating.

Meanwhile, JTBC's new cooking competition drama Final Table, starring Ahn Hyo Seop, recorded 2.4% for episode 2, improving from its 1.9% premiere.

KBS 2TV's romantic drama A Love Other Than Yours recorded 1.9% for episode 12.

Although Love on the Menu led Sunday's drama rankings, SBS's Doctor X: The Era of the White Mafia remained a strong competitor in the weekend ratings race.

The SBS drama recorded an impressive 19.5% nationwide rating for episode 6 on Saturday, October 24, setting another personal best. However, it did not air on Sunday, leaving Love on the Menu as the highest-rated drama of October 25.

With its ratings rising to 16.3%, Love on the Menu continues to attract a large television audience and has strengthened its position among the most-watched weekend dramas.

Attention is now on whether the KBS series can maintain its momentum and move closer to the 20% ratings mark in its upcoming episodes.
